Chefs Diego Galicia of Mixtli and Emil Oliva of Leche de Tigre join Chef Ian Corral of Mezquite to craft a one-night-only ceviche experience. Through their unique lenses and cultural backgrounds, the chefs will showcase the exceptional quality of Seremoni’s seafood in a wide range of all-you-can-eat ceviche samples.
